Application

To apply for the program;

1. Make sure you are a customer of Pacific Power or Portland General Electric.
2. Review the "Anemometer Loan Program Description" and the "Property Loan Agreement".
3. Fill out an application or contact the ERRL and provide either your address or your latitude and longitude.

A preliminary wind energy assessment will be prepared and your site will be evaluated along with other pending sites. If your site is selected, you may be asked to provide some additional information.
