program, anticipates a number of additional MECOP internships for this Spring
& Summer for ME students. If you are interested, contact Gary ASAP at
Gary.P.Petersen@oregonstate.edu. You must fill out
an application by Feb. 1 to be considered. The application will be
available shortly on the MECOP website. Note that students on academic

the Classroom.
2–5 pm, Milam 215. This hands-on workshop provides faculty and
GTAs with the background and tools to successfully integrate collaborative
learning teams into their classes. Participants will look at the challenges
that have prevented the use of learning teams, and explore a powerful team
management model which addresses these challenges. Participants will also have
an opportunity to experience the model and reflect on its features in more
